Welcome

Welcome to Acing ADHD
Acing ADHD recognises that ADHD often exists alongside other forms of neurodivergence including dyslexia, sensory processing disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder or autism (to name a few), and may also lead to anxiety and depression. We work with the whole person - acknowledging the full range of your experience and supporting how your brain works.
Dyslexia, for example, is often described as a reading or writing difficulty. In practice, it can also affect memory, sequencing, and processing speed. At the same time, many people with dyslexia show strengths in spatial reasoning, creative thinking, and problem-solving. Understanding this helps shift the focus from struggle to strategy.
We focus on practical approaches that support everyday life. This could include:
-
Managing time and tasks
-
Building automations that reduce decision fatigue
-
Communicating needs clearly and effectively
-
Recognising early signs of overwhelm and knowing what helps you
-
Creating systems that support follow-through in ways that work for you
You’ve likely already developed creative ways to get through the day. These adaptations show the resourcefulness and resilience associated with neurodivergence. However, when these methods are not working for you, we can help get you back on track by enabling you to identify what derailed you and help you gain momentum to begin moving toward your goals and dreams again.
Whether you’re just starting to explore your neurodivergence or have been living with it for years, you’re welcome.
