Individual Session Purchase

These are the Terms and Conditions that apply for the Individual Session purchases with Acing ADHD. To find out more please contact us info@acingadhd.com

These terms relate to the initial two sessions participants must do, prior to purchasing Block Sessions, to see that the style of coaching is relevant to their needs.
Sessions are paid for in advance and are in NZD.
Sessions are subject to availability.
Cancellation must be done 48 hrs prior to the session unless there is an emergency, if not you will be charged 50% of the session cost. Please email info@acingadhd.com with the subject line CANCELLATION and the date/time of the session so that your session can be cancelled or rescheduled or contact us through the Delenta platform (see below).
All sessions are confidential unless there is a threat to life which includes you or others, in which case authorities will be contacted.
Acing ADHD use a platform called Delenta which you will be asked to use so that material can be given to you and so that you will receive reminders for your sessions.
All sessions are via Zoom.
Acing ADHD follows the Ethical framework provided by the International Coaching Federation.
If you have feedback regarding your session/s or have any concerns please email as soon as possible info@acingadhd.com so that we can address anything the needs to be looked at. We value your feedback.
Acing ADHD is a coaching business and does not provide diagnoses or medication, we provide information and techniques to manage and thrive with ADHD. Please follow the direction of your medical professional for all things relating to your diagnosis or medication. Any mention of these topics in your session/s is anecdotal and is not to be used in place of what is advised by doctor/psychiatrist/psychologist.
Acing ADHD is based in New Zealand so is covered by New Zealand law including the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.
Acing ADHD is the trading name of LST Consulting LTD.
