Block Session Purchase
These are the Terms and Conditions that apply for the Group Session purchases with Acing ADHD. To find out more please contact us info@acingadhd.com

Session participation is for adults only who have ADHD, those who believe they have ADHD or those who interact with people with ADHD.

Session inclusion is subject to availability i.e. if your preferred time is fully booked you can go on to a wait list. Please email us session@acingadhd.com to be added to the wait list.

Sessions are paid for in advance.

Sessions are paid in NZD.

Cancellation must be done 48 hrs prior to the session unless there is an emergency, if not you will have access to the material for the session, however you will not receive a refund or another session. Please email session@acingadhd.com with the subject line CANCELLATION and the date/time of the session. For sessions that are cancelled prior to the 48 hr close off period, you can move to another session.

As this is a group situation by participating you agree to keep everything you hear from others confidential. If you have a question that you do not want to bring up you can email session@acingadhd.com with your session time and date in the subject line. Then we will endeavour to incorporate the question into the session without you asking it. Note this will need to be done 48 hrs prior to the session.

You accept that the sessions maybe recorded and used as material for other purposes. Your participation is seen as acceptance of this. You do not need to have your camera on nor do you need to use your name which is why you were asked for a Display Name in the sign up form.

Acing ADHD use a platform called Delenta. When you have signed up for these sessions you will be directed to open an account so that you can access the material and will receive reminders for the session/s.

The material and resources available for each session will be told to you in the session by the Coach taking the session.

All sessions will be via Zoom.

Acing ADHD follows the Ethical framework provided by the International Coaching Federation.

If you feel unsafe at any point prior to, during or after the session please DM the Coach to explain what is happening and why you feel this way so that it can be addressed. Your safety and learning is paramount to us and this will be taken seriously. If it is prior to or after the session please email session@acingadhd.com with your concerns.

Acing ADHD is a coaching business and does not provide diagnoses or medication, we provide information and techniques to manage and thrive with ADHD. Please follow the direction of your medical professional for all things relating to your diagnosis or medication. Any mention of these topics in the sessions are anecdotal and are not to be used in place of what is advised by doctor/psychiatrist/psychologist.

Acing ADHD is based in New Zealand so is covered by New Zealand law including the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.
