Terms & Conditions
Group Sessions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Group Sessions with Acing ADHD.

To find out more, please get in touch at info@acingadhd.com

  1. Session participation is for adults only who have ADHD, who believe they have ADHD or who interact with people with ADHD.

  2. Session topics will be posted on our website, www.acingadhd.com.

  3. Session inclusion is subject to availability, if your preferred time is fully booked, you can go on a waitlist. Please email session@acingadhd.com to be added to the waitlist.

  4. Sessions are paid in advance.

  5. Sessions are paid in NZD.

  6. Cancellation for the session must be done 48 hours before the session unless there is an emergency; otherwise, you will have access to the material. However, you will not receive a refund or another session. Please email session@acingadhd.com with the subject line CANCELLATION and the date/time of the session. You can move to another session for sessions that you cancel before the 48-hour close-off period.

  7. As this is a group situation, by participating, you agree to keep everything you hear from others confidential. If you have a question you want to avoid bringing up, email session@acingadhd.com with your session time and date in the subject line. We will endeavour to incorporate the inquiry into the session without you asking. Note this needs to be done 48 hours before the session.

  8. You accept that the sessions may be recorded and used as material for other purposes. Your participation is seen as acceptance of this. You do not need to have your camera on or use your name, so you will be asked for a Display Name when you sign up.

  9. Acing ADHD uses Wix. After signing up for these sessions, you will be directed to open an account to access the material and receive reminders for the session/s.

  10. The material and resources available for each session will be advised by the Coach taking the session.

  11. All sessions will be via Zoom.

  12. Acing ADHD follows the Ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation.

  13. If you feel unsafe before, during or after the session, please DM the Coach to explain what is happening and why you feel this way so that it can be addressed. Your safety and learning are paramount to us and will be taken seriously. If it is before or after the session, please email session@acingadhd.com with your concerns.

  14. Acing ADHD is a coaching business and does not provide diagnoses or medication; we provide information and techniques to manage and thrive with ADHD. Please follow the direction of your medical professional for all things relating to your diagnosis or medication. Any mention of these topics in the session/s is anecdotal and should not be used in place of what a doctor/psychiatrist/psychologist advises.

  15. Acing ADHD is based in New Zealand, so it is covered by New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.

  16. Acing ADHD is the trading name of LST Consulting Ltd.
